Wine List:
Sparkling & Rosé
A delicate and refreshing rosé with floral notes and red berry aromas. A light and crisp introduction to Racha’s mountain terroir.
White Wines:
Vazisubani Estate – Rkatsiteli
A dry white wine made from Georgia’s signature grape. Balanced acidity, with notes of green apple, quince, and subtle minerality.
Georgian Sun – “June Sun”
Amber wine made in qvevri from a blend of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes. Deep and textural, with flavors of dried apricot, honey, and spice.
Badagoni – Alaverdi Tradition (White)
A qvevri-fermented amber wine made in the spirit of ancient monastic traditions. Rich, structured, and layered.
Gonadze Winery – Tvishi(2022)
A semi-sweet white wine from the Lechkhumi region, made with Tsolikouri grapes. Aromatic and smooth, with hints of peach, citrus, and honey.
Red Wines:
Georgian Sun – “Red Carrel” (Red)
A dry red wine with a soft profile. Notes of cherry, plum, and a touch of oak.
Royal Khvanchkara (2023)
Famous semi-sweet red from Racha, crafted from Alexandrouli and Mujuretuli grapes. Smooth, with flavors of raspberry jam and baking spice.
Badagoni – Qvevri Red
Dry red aged in traditional clay vessels. Intense and structured, with dark fruit, herbs, and earthy depth.
Gonadze Winery – Khvanchkara (2023)
A rich semi-sweet red wine with lush flavors of blackberry, pomegranate, and velvety tannins.
